A PRAYER BEFORE MEAL
Oh! GOD! the creater, sustainer fulfilment and origin of all lives in the world, Thank you for re-creating our body every day as an organing being through these food from the inorganic soil. Those who toiled behind these food, especially the farmars may kindly be blessed, sustained and protected. We shall be provided our daily bread to the required variety and quantity alone. We may be taught to have these food and rely upon the strenth of the God Almighty where we show mercy and compassion to other living beings also.

ഭക്ഷണത്തിനു മുൻപുള്ള പ്രാർത്ഥന
സകല ജീവന്റെയും നിറവും ഉറവും ഉറവയുമായ കർത്താവാം ദൈവമേ,
ഈ ഭക്ഷണത്തിലൂടെ ഞങ്ങളെ, അജൈവമായ മണ്ണിൽ നിന്നും ജീവനുള്ള ദേഹിയാഹി ദിനവും മെനയുന്നതിനായി സ്തോത്രം. ഇതിനു പിൻപിൽ അധ്വാനിച്ചവരെ , പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് കർഷകരെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കുകയും പരിപാലിക്കുകയും നിലനിർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യേണമേ. അടിയങ്ങൾക്കു ആവശ്യമുള്ള ഭക്ഷണം മാത്രം, ആവശ്യമുള്ള അളവിൽ മാത്രം നൽകേണമേ. ഭക്ഷിച്ചു ദൈവിക ബലത്തിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ചു , കരുണയും ദയയുമുള്ളവരായി ജീവിക്കാൻ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.
